QueensFashion.pk delivers to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan. Here is what to expect after you place an order.
1Order Processing
- Orders are confirmed by phone, SMS or WhatsApp. Please keep your phone reachable.
- Processing and dispatch take 1 to 2 working days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

These are estimates. Delays can happen during sales, Eid, weather problems or courier issues.
2Shipping Charges

3Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for the rider.
4Order Tracking
After dispatch you will receive a tracking number by SMS, email or WhatsApp. Use it on the courier's website to follow your parcel.
5Incorrect Address or Unreachable Customer
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If the courier cannot reach you after 2 to 3 attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. We will contact you to re-send it, and re-shipping charges may apply.
Check your parcel. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, take photos or a short video and contact us within 48 hours so we can fix it.
