Return and Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your order.

• The item has the wrong size (we exchange it for another size, subject to stock)
• You received a damaged, defective or wrong item
• The item is unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packing

• Unstitched suits that have been cut, stitched or altered
• Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery
• Items without original tags or packing
• Requests made after 3 days from delivery
• Slight colour differences caused by screen settings
• Sale or clearance items marked final sale

1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number, a clear photo or video of the item and the reason.
3. Once approved, we will tell you where to send the parcel back.
4. Pack the item securely with all tags and send it back using the method we confirm.

• Size exchanges are subject to availability of the new size.
• The customer pays the return courier charges for size exchanges.
• Delivery of the replacement size is [free / charged at Rs. amount, choose one].

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover all courier charges. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

• Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, or by bank or mobile wallet transfer for cash on delivery orders.
• Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately with your order number. Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.
